COVID Protocols

Please note that masks are still required in the clinic for the duration of your massage.

BC Health has lifted mask restrictions for indoor public places, however our regulatory body is waiting on clarification about whether Massage Therapy falls under the category of Health Facilities. Until we receive further information, wearing a mask will remain the norm at NuMotion Therapeutics. Thank you for your patience and if you have any questions, please get in touch.

​COVID Screening

• If you have traveled outside of the country, are feeling ill or have come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days, please wait to book your appointment. If you are sick and need to cancel your appointment, please do so.

Arriving for your appointment

• Please arrive early for your appointment, extra time cannot be added to the end of your appointment if you are late.

• When you arrive, please enter the building and head to the second floor. There will be a chair in the hallway for you use until I am ready for you to enter the massage space.

Cleaning/Sanitizing

• All the common areas such as the door handles, chairs, tables, etc will be sanitized in between each client.

• There is sanitizing gel provided for you to use.

During your Treatment

• You and I will both be wearing masks for the duration of your treatment.

• I reserve the right to decline treatment if you are unwell or if you are at risk of carrying COVID.

Cancelling your Appointment​

• Please do not hesitate to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are unwell due to COVID or other illness. There will never be a cancellation fee for cancelling if you are unwell.
