Cancelling your Appointment​
Please do not hesitate to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are unwell. There will never be a cancellation fee for cancelling if you are unwell.
However if you miss your appointment or cancel within 24 hours with no reason, there will be a 50% cancellation fee as that appointment could have been filled by someone else. A missed appointment cannot be charged to your health insurance benefits plan.
